Submit Foreign Worker Import Request
• File Form Nor Chor 2 (นจ.2) or request the Name List through the online system (Cambodia only)
• Pay the required fees and await issuance of the automated demand form

Prepare Demand Documents & Pay Work Permit Fee
• Submit all documents to the provincial Department of Employment (DOE)
• Collect approval documents on the scheduled appointment date

Submit Documents for Calling Visa
• Forward the official demand documents to the Department of Employment
• Await Calling Visa issuance according to the official schedule

Coordinate with Origin Country Agency
• Send the Calling Visa to partner agencies in Laos or Cambodia
• Arrange worker orientation, medical check-up, and visa submission

Worker Arrival in Thailand
• Enter through the designated immigration checkpoint
• Collect essential documents including passport with visa and work permit

Complete Legal Registration
• Register the worker’s arrival with the DOE within 15 days
• Report the worker’s residential address within 24 hours (TM.30)
