   • Bank Deposit: Have at least 400,000 THB deposited in a Thai bank account for a minimum of 2 months prior to applying, OR

3. Living Together: The couple must provide proof of cohabitation in Thailand, such as shared address documents, utility bills, or other evidence of living together.
4. Criminal Record: Applicants must have no criminal record in Thailand or in their home country.

To apply for a Marriage Visa in Thailand, several documents are needed to verify the marital relationship, financial status, and correctness of the application. Required documents include:

1. Passport: Valid for at least 6 months, with copies of main pages and pages containing existing visas
2. Thai Marriage Certificate: Official Thai marriage certificate (with translation if required)
